# 變更開課身份程序說明

若老師因稅務等需求，而要調整開課身份時，請老師參考此份文章的程序，並**提早一個月**來信與 Hahow 團隊申請。完成所有流程後，老師在 Hahow 的開課身份才會正式變更，請特別留意**整個程序的生效時間將取決於合約簽訂及行政作業的進度**。

### 變更類型

* 自然人 → 法人
* 法人 → 新法人
* 法人 → 自然人
* 其他特殊需求請與 Hahow 團隊詳述

### 若申請變更為法人，你應該確認

* 公司成立的程序都已完成
* 公司銀行戶頭開設已完成
* 可提供公司大小章
* 公司可開立「應稅」三聯式紙本發票或電子發票給 Hahow

### **申請變更開課身身份流程**

**來信申請**

* 請老師使用註冊 Hahow 的信箱，來信至 <co-creator@hahow.in> 信箱與 Hahow 創作者營運團隊聯繫
* 信件內容需包含：
  * 申請人姓名（Hahow 老師名稱）
  * 申請變更的課程名稱（所有課程）
  * 變更需求（自然人 → 法人 / 法人 → 新法人...等）

**處理時程**

* Hahow 創作者營運團隊夥伴將在收到 Email 後，5 個工作天內聯繫回覆，並進一步說明後續流程與所需文件。
* **變更涉及合約簽訂等行政流程，需較長作業時間，並非申請後立即生效，請老師預留充足的處理時程。**&#x5BE6;際生效時間將視合約回收及內部作業安排而定。

### 合約簽訂與身份變更的生效時程

* **合約簽訂完成後，變更身份才會正式生效**，並將適用於**生效後的次月**匯款。
* 法人身份生效後的次月 15 日，分潤將匯款至新的法人帳戶。
* 老師需在每月 13 日前以法人身份開立並繳交發票，否則當月分潤將順延至次月處理，詳細請參考以下：
