# 課程著作權

### 一、老師自行編輯與製作的影片及圖文內容

如果是老師自行編輯、錄影製作的話，著作權 100% 是屬於老師的，Hahow 只有 3 年的獨家發行權。

在課程開課後 3 年內，同樣或類似的內容只能在 Hahow 平台做販售，如果老師希望在 3 年後下架，不想在 Hahow 平台繼續曝光或是販售，只要在[與 Hahow 的募資開課契約](/course-policy/contract.md) **到期 2 個月前**，向 Hahow 主動告知，Hahow 就會在契約到期日後進行課程下架的程序。自此之後，老師有權利將此著作內容，在不同平台或是不同管道做播放、利用或販售。

課程下架後，將不會再有新的使用者，能在 Hahow 平台進行此內容著作的購買，唯獨過去已經購買的使用者，能在 Hahow 平台上繼續觀看課程，其權益將不受影響。

### 二、與 Hahow 編輯團隊共同製作的影片及圖文內容

如果老師使用 Hahow 的攝影服務，與 Hahow 共同編輯與製作內容的話，其著作財產權為「共有」，也就是 Hahow 除了有 3 年的獨家發行權外，也共同擁有著作權。假設老師選擇 3 年後下架 Hahow 平台，不再進行販售，但欲將出版品拿至其它平台或是管道做播放、利用或販售，都需要經過 Hahow 的同意。
