# Hahow 退費政策

為保障學生與老師雙方利益，Hahow 制定並執行相關課程退費政策。目前 Hahow 平台全數課程皆統一適用此政策：課程不符合需求且未觀看課程影片者，若符合 Hahow 退費政策之條件，購課學生可透過「電子信件」的方式提出退費申請。

* 若上架募資的課程提案，於募資期間內未達目標人數、未能開課，Hahow 將協助預購學生的全額退費
