### **募資規定簡述**

* 募資門檻：至少 10 人
* 募資期間長度：統一 30 天
* 在 Hahow 上架課程不需要付給 Hahow 任何費用，唯獨 Hahow 會與老師進行每一筆訂單的分潤拆帳
* [分潤拆帳](/income/share.md)：每一筆由老師銷售出的課程，老師會獲得高達 90% 的分成，由 Hahow 售出則獲得 50% 的分成
* 募資失敗：於募資期間預購課程之學生，Hahow 將會協助處理全額退款，老師也不會有任何處罰；老師若願意持續修改提案，以達到學生需求，Hahow 接受老師再次申請上架募資
