# 拆帳日期及收入說明

### **分潤結算日期**

每月（期）的分潤金額，於次月 8 日進行結算，顯示於老師後台。

### **分潤撥款日期**

每月（期）的分潤金額，於次月 15 日進行撥款（如遇假日將會提前給付）。

### **成功開課後的第一筆收入**

第一次開課的老師會於課程**完整開課**後的次月撥款日，收到第一筆款項，該筆款項會結算募資期間到課程完整開課當月份的分潤款項。例如：假設老師的課程在 11/02 完整開課，那麼 Hahow 就會在 12/15 進行撥款，老師會收到來自募資期間到 11/30 為止的課程分潤收入。

### **匯款特別說明**

若單月分潤金額不足 1,000 元，為了減省匯款手續費及人力成本，待分潤金額累積超過 1,000 元， Hahow 才將課程分潤匯出。若全年累積分潤不足 1,000 元，Hahow 每年年底會進行課程分潤總結算，並在最後一次的撥款日匯出最後一期的課程分潤。

**Hahow 使用之匯款銀行帳戶為國泰世華銀行帳戶，若老師非提供國泰世華銀行之收款帳戶，我們將於每次匯款時額外扣除匯款手續費（新台幣 15 元），即從該期老師應得款項中直接予以扣除。**
