# QuickTime Player 操作示範

### **軟體簡介**

QuickTime Player 是 Mac 系統的內建軟體，支援中文介面。

### **開啟軟體，設定適合你的錄製格式**

直接從電腦開啟軟體即可使用。開啟軟體後，請先點選上排選單列《錄製》→ 點選《新增螢幕錄製》，你會看到 QuickTime Player 的螢幕錄製操作介面（如下圖），並於**麥克風設定** 點選《錄製》紅點圖示右側的《 v 》圖示 → 選擇使用《內建麥克風》

### **開始螢幕錄影**

* 開始錄製：點選《錄製》紅點圖示 → 點選螢幕任一處來開始錄製全螢幕
* 結束錄製：點選右上選單列中的「停止」圖示
* 設定檔案儲存：點選上排選單列《檔案》→ 點選《輸出》→ 建議選擇 1080 p→ 選擇儲存位置、命名檔案並點選「儲存」→ 儲存後原視窗即可關閉。錄製好的影片會儲存為 H.264 格式的 mov 檔案（包含 AAC 音軌）
