# 儀容與衣著

良好的儀容與衣著，有助於提升老師在畫面中的專業感，也能讓學生更容易建立信任，進而提升對老師的信賴。

### 1. 拍攝前準備

#### **髮型**

* 保持整齊乾淨
* 可適當搭配髮蠟或髮膠整理毛躁
* 建議準備鏡子，隨時檢查儀容

#### **氣色**

* 建議可以簡單上妝，適當使用護唇膏、口紅、粉底、遮瑕，營造好氣色
* 即使平常沒有化妝習慣，簡單整理也能讓你在畫面上更有精神！

#### **衣著**

選擇原則：

* 依課程內容決定風格
  * 投資／商務／專業類的課程：襯衫、西裝等正式服裝
  * 課程氣氛較輕鬆的課程：T-shirt、外套、休閒穿搭
* 避免：
  * 過於凌亂或破舊
  * 過度暴露的服裝
* 顏色建議：
  * 與背景形成對比、避免與背景同色（例如：使用白色或淺色背景時，建議穿著深色服裝）
